WHO SHOULD ATTEND

This is an OFSTED-approved paediatric first-aid course that meets OFSTED's criteria and the Early Years Foundation Stage's guidelines (EYFS). Anyone working in an Early Years setting, such as a Childminder, Teacher, or Nursery Assistant, will benefit from this course. It's a two-day training that assures participants are confident and prepared to handle any paediatric First Aid situation that arises.

CERTIFICATION AND ASSESSMENT

A variety of teaching approaches, including real-life scenario examples and films, will be utilised to guarantee that you have obtained the skills and knowledge necessary to become a proficient Paediatric First Aider. Delegates will also take part in practical learning exercises, such as demonstrating CPR and the recovery position with the equipment provided. At the conclusion of the course, there will be a multiple-choice exam.

Each delegate will receive certification as a responsible First Aider in the workplace after successfully completing this course. Certificates are valid for three years and are accredited by the First Aid Industry Body by default (FAIB).
