BOOK YOUR FIRST AID COURSE TODAY!
The Blended Paediatric First Aid course is approved by OFSTED and fulfils the criteria and guidelines put forth by OFSTED as well as the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Anyone working in an Early Years setting, such as a Childminder, Teacher, or Nursery Assistant, will benefit from this course. It's a two-day training that assures participants are confident and prepared to handle any paediatric First Aid situation that arises.
It is a blended course, which means you must complete day 1 independently before attending day 2 of the course, which will be face-to-face with one of our instructors. Cheshire First Aid Training will release all credentials after the course has been booked and money has been confirmed, allowing you to complete the online module at your own leisure. Before entering the classroom for the second day of the course, you must finish the online course. A variety of teaching approaches, including real-life scenario examples and videos, will be utilised to guarantee that you have obtained the skills and knowledge necessary to become a proficient Paediatric First Aider. Delegates will also take part in hands-on practical activities, such as demonstrating CPR and the recovery position with the equipment provided. At the conclusion of the course, there will be a multiple-choice exam.
Each delegate will receive certification as a responsible Paediatric First Aider in the workplace after successfully completing this course. Certificates are valid for three years and are accredited by the First Aid Industry Body by default (FAIB).
